This is the ONLY TOUR, especially if you can only afford one to book while in Hurghada. From the moment you book the communication is excellent. I was an American woman traveling alone with my child and not only was the communication amazing however he made me feel secure about every single detail. When you arrive, he will send you a picture of the car that is going to pick you up and confirm the time everyone was on time if not early. When we arrived not only did he have a fruit tray and all beverages waiting, but he is the only boat with both a captain and him as a guide, which means if you are fortunate enough to see dolphins or go snorkeling, you will have him as your private guide. He is trained and everything from scuba diving to rescue to literally booking tours throughout all of Egypt. His English is wonderful and he make sure that every detail is covered prior to going on the boat and making sure that you see exactly what you want to see. He never rushes you and make sure that every detail is covered. You would never get the type of service that he give in America let alone anywhere else in the entire world literally I cannot recommend this tour enough as I am both a travel agent as well as a traveler.
